1. Agreement
By joining the Spicy Affiliates Partner Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must have an active OnlyFans account. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling promotion is prohibited. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. The Programme
Spicy Affiliates operates as an affiliate marketing agency. We provide you with a unique tracking link to promote our partner casino programmes. You earn commission when users click your link and complete qualifying actions as defined by the active commission model.
4. Commission & Payments
Commission is paid based on your selected model: CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid. Minimum withdrawal amount is $50. Payments are made twice per month. We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you promote the programme. You must ensure your promotional activity complies with the laws and regulations of your country and the rules of any platform you use. You must not make false or misleading claims about earnings or casino products. You must clearly disclose that your content contains affiliate links where required by law or platform rules.
6. Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account: - Targeting or promoting to anyone under 18 - Spam or unsolicited messaging of any kind - False or exaggerated earnings claims - Incentivised clicking or artificial traffic - Promotion on platforms that prohibit gambling content - Impersonation of Spicy Affiliates or any casino partner - Self-referrals or manipulation of tracking systems - Any form of fraudulent activity
7. Intellectual Property
Any marketing materials provided by Spicy Affiliates remain our property. You may not alter, misrepresent or use them outside the scope of this programme.
8. Termination
We may terminate your participation at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Spicy Affiliates is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme. We do not guarantee any level of earnings. Results depend entirely on your audience and your promotional activity.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme following any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
